Every product is genuine

We buy through the official Beaver Professional supply chain. Nothing is repackaged, decanted, relabelled or sourced from a third-party marketplace.

No time limit on returns

Not thirty days, not ninety. If a product is not right for your hair, send it back whenever you work that out — even if the bottle is open and half used.

We cover the return shipping

A full refund of the purchase price, and we absorb the shipping and handling rather than deducting it. You are not out of pocket for trying something.

Email support@bblcorp.com or call 714-225-8760, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific. Have your order number to hand if you can find it.

Send it back

We will tell you where to post it. Open, part-used and missing-the-lid are all fine — we are not going to inspect it and argue.

Get refunded

The full purchase price goes back to your original payment method once the parcel reaches us. We cover the shipping and handling ourselves.

Nothing to lose by trying

That is the whole point of the policy. If professional hair care has burned you before — a fake, a dud, a bottle that did nothing — the risk here sits with us, not with you.
