Orders and shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders of $50 or more. Below that it is a flat $2.99 per item. Your exact cost is shown at checkout before you enter any payment details. Full detail on the shipping and returns page.
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
Orders ship from our premises in Atwood, California. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and want something specific, email support@bblcorp.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will get a tracking link by email once the parcel leaves us, and you can also see your orders under My Account.
Returns and refunds
What is your returns policy?
There is no time limit. If a product is not right for your hair, send it back whenever you work that out — even if the bottle is open and part used. You get a full refund of the purchase price and we cover the return shipping. Read the full guarantee.
Do I need the original packaging?
No. We are not going to inspect the box and argue. Get in touch and we will tell you where to send it.
How do I start a return?
Email support@bblcorp.com or call 714-225-8760, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific. Your order number helps but is not essential.
When will I get my money back?
The refund goes back to your original payment method once the parcel reaches us.
Products and authenticity
How do I know the products are genuine?
We are a US-based distributor and reseller of Beaver Professional and we buy through the official supply chain. Nothing is repackaged, decanted or sourced from a third-party marketplace. If you ever doubt a product, send it back — that is what the guarantee is for.
Are your products free of parabens and sulfates?
Several ranges are, but not all of them. The Expert Hydro Botanical range is paraben-free throughout, and several argan and keratin formulas are free of sulfates, silicone oil, mineral oil and phosphates. Each product page lists its own ingredients — we would rather you checked than assumed.
How do I choose between products?
Start from the problem rather than the ingredient. Our concern pages match what your hair is actually doing to the products that address it, each with a three-step routine.
Is keratin or protein the right treatment for me?
They solve different problems — keratin seals the outside of the hair, protein rebuilds the inside. Our guide to keratin versus protein includes a wet-strand test that tells you which one your hair needs.
Do you sell to salons?
Our range includes salon sizes such as the 768ML Expert Hydro bottles. For trade volumes or account pricing, call 714-225-8760 and ask.
